Account and Service Data

No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. Email is not required account information. Account credentials are used for authentication, login sessions, and account management. Do not share your password or subscription link with others.

To provide the subscription service, VPNPart processes account identifiers, selected plans, order amounts, payment results, subscription status, and summarized data usage. This information is used to confirm service entitlements, calculate usage charges, and handle orders and refunds. It is not used to create browsing records.

When users submit a support ticket, their issue description, client information, and troubleshooting attachments are used to respond and address the issue. Remove passwords, full subscription links, and other irrelevant information before uploading attachments.

No-Logs Policy

VPNPart follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, browsing history, or DNS query history, and it does not create a list of destinations associated with an account.

VPNPart does not persistently store connection logs such as the source address, destination address, or start and end times of individual user connections, so no historical retention period is set for such logs. Temporary operational data needed to maintain an active connection is not retained as a historical connection record.

Plan status and summarized data usage are service and billing records, not website access logs. Website analytics are also not used to reconstruct activity on international websites accessed through subscription routes.

Website Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help understand page usage, referral sources, and link clicks so VPNPart can assess whether navigation and guides are effective. Analytics are limited to this website and do not include web content transmitted through subscription routes. Do not include subscription links or other account information in public links or feedback.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login credentials and language preferences. Analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. They are not used to store lists of websites users visit through subscription routes.

Users can restrict cookies or clear site data through their browser settings. After clearing data, they may need to log in again or select their preferences. Logging out and clearing local data only affect browser-side state; they do not delete server-side orders or accounts.

Payments and Required Disclosures

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment channels or settlement services, whose own policies govern their data practices. VPNPart receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment result needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords to this website.

Relevant information is processed and disclosed only as needed to complete payments, provide the service, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. When users follow external links to other services, they should review those services' privacy policies separately.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and payment records are retained as required for settlement, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Support ticket and analytics data are retained only as long as needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period.

To access, correct, or delete account data, log in to the user panel and describe your request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Transaction records that must be retained by law cannot be deleted along with the account; our response will explain the relevant scope. Deleting account data required for the service may make the subscription unusable.

Policy Updates and Inquiries

This policy will be updated when data uses, service procedures, or applicable requirements change, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Important changes to processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Matters requiring separate consent will be handled as applicable.
