VPN Setup Guide

Account, plan, subscription, client. Follow the steps in order, then check that the connection works.

ACCOUNT · Account Setup

Create an account and open the dashboard

Open the VPNPart account creation page and follow the prompts to choose a username and password. No email address is required. You’ll use the username to sign in to the user dashboard, where you can manage plans, orders, and subscription details. Save your password in a password manager rather than relying on your browser to remember it. Before submitting the form, check your keyboard settings and capitalization, and make sure both password entries match.

When you’re done, open the user dashboard. If you’re returned to the login page, sign in with the username and password you just created. Existing users can go straight to the “Log in” link in the site navigation instead of creating another account. Once you see areas such as Overview, Plans, or Clients, you’re ready for the next step. The marketing site explains the service; the dashboard handles plans, subscriptions, and client downloads, so the two may look different.

Make sure you’re signed in to the account you intend to use. Future orders and subscriptions will belong to this account, and you should use it to get subscriptions for your devices. Don’t share your password or post screenshots that show your account details. If you can’t open the dashboard, check what you entered and any browser messages. For account help, see Account and Subscription Help.

First Month Free

PLAN · Plan Setup

Choose a plan and check your order

Open the Plans area in the user dashboard and choose between a monthly plan and a data package. Monthly plans suit regular use. Available options are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Choose based on your typical browsing, video streaming, and file transfer usage—not the number of devices, since this service allows unlimited simultaneous connections.

If your usage varies, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires. Compare billing options on the Plans page, then return to the dashboard to select an option. Monthly plans and data packages have different data rules, so check the plan name, price, and data allowance before confirming your order. Don’t choose based on price alone.

Follow the order page prompts to continue. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. After paying, return to the dashboard and check the order and plan status; a closed payment page doesn’t necessarily mean the plan is active. If the status hasn’t updated, refresh the dashboard before trying again to avoid duplicate orders. The service includes a 30-day money-back guarantee; see the Terms of Service for the request process. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Review the confirmation details in the dashboard before submitting the upgrade.

SUBSCRIPTION · Configuration Source

Get your subscription

Once your plan is active, open the Overview page in the user dashboard and find the subscription controls. The subscription link lets your client retrieve route settings; it isn’t a regular webpage or an installer. If the dashboard offers a one-tap import option for your client, use that. Otherwise, copy the subscription link and open the client’s configuration import screen.

Copy the entire link without removing any parameters at the end. Don’t split it into multiple parts when pasting. Chat apps and documents may add spaces or line breaks, so the safest option is to copy it directly from your dashboard into the client. If your browser asks to open a local app, confirm it’s the client you just installed before continuing. If you haven’t installed a client yet, follow the next section first, then return to the Overview page to import your subscription.

Your subscription link contains credentials tied to your account, so protect it like a password. Don’t share it publicly or paste it into unfamiliar online conversion tools. If you contact support, hide the full link. When your plan or routes change, you’ll usually need to update the subscription in your client—not create a new account. For details on updating, resetting, or handling a leaked link, see the Subscription Link: How to Get and Import It. This guide continues with client setup.

CLIENT · Platform Setup

Import the client for your platform

Open the Clients area in the dashboard, choose your device’s platform, and read the installation instructions next to the option. Clients are available after login for platforms other than iOS; iOS availability depends on your current plan. This guide doesn’t link directly to installers, so it won’t include download details that may have changed. Keep in mind that installing a client and importing a subscription are separate steps. After installation, load your configuration to see the available routes.

Get the client

Windows: Import in the configuration section

On Windows, use a desktop client provided in the dashboard that supports subscription profiles. After installing it, open the app and look for “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or a similar option. If you start a one-tap import from the dashboard, your browser may ask to open an external app. Allow it, then check the client for a new configuration. If nothing appears, open the configuration section, choose “Add configuration” or “Import from link,” and paste the full subscription link. Give it a recognizable name.

Save the configuration, then update it or download the settings. Wait for the route list to appear and select this configuration as the active one. Some clients separate “Import succeeded” from “Enable configuration,” so seeing a configuration name doesn’t mean it’s active. Leave other settings unchanged for now. Continue to connection verification, then enable the system proxy using the client’s instructions.

macOS: Import and select the active configuration

On macOS, use a subscription-based desktop client provided in the dashboard. Open the app and go to configuration management from the main window or menu bar. Look for “Import subscription” or “Add remote configuration.” You can launch the app from the dashboard or paste the subscription link manually. After it downloads, make sure the configuration is selected and check that the route list expands. If you’ve saved the link but the list is empty, update the configuration before changing system network settings.

When you first connect, macOS may ask you to approve network configuration or proxy permissions. Grant permissions only to the client you just installed and intend to use, following the prompts. You don’t need to install unfamiliar components just to import a subscription. If the app keeps running in the menu bar, check its connection status there. Whether closing the main window quits the app depends on its settings.

Android: Add a subscription and allow the connection

On Android, use the app provided in the dashboard. Find the configuration or subscription screen, choose “Import from link,” and paste your subscription into the address field. If one-tap import from the browser opens the app, confirm that you want to add the configuration. If nothing happens, return to the app and import the link manually. Save and update the configuration, select it, then choose a route once the list appears.

When you connect for the first time, Android usually displays a system prompt to authorize the VPN connection. This lets the app handle relevant network traffic. Follow the prompt, then return to the client and check its status. Don’t run another VPN app at the same time, as the apps may compete for the system connection. If the connection works in the foreground but drops in the background, finish the checks in this guide, then see the Troubleshooting Guide for background operation and battery settings.

iOS: Get the client through the dashboard

On iOS, open the Clients area in the dashboard and check which download option is available for your current plan. If an option is available, follow the dashboard instructions to get a client that supports subscription imports. If the page asks you to confirm your plan status first, return to Overview and check it. Don’t use installation files intended for other platforms on iOS. Once the client is installed, start the import from the dashboard or paste your subscription into the client’s “Subscription,” “Add configuration,” or “Import from link” section.

After importing, update and select the configuration, then turn on the connection. The first time you connect, iOS may ask to add a VPN configuration. Approve it on your device, then return to the app. Authorization alone doesn’t guarantee that a service will work. Check that you’ve selected a route and turned on the connection before moving on to the website and exit IP checks. If a service mentions account region or platform availability, don’t assume the network icon alone identifies the cause.

CHECK · Connection Verification

Connect to a route and verify it works

Return to the client, make sure the configuration you just imported is selected, and update the subscription. Choose an exit route from the list, then turn on the connection. Desktop clients usually also require the system proxy to be enabled; on mobile, follow the system authorization prompts. Keep the default rules for now. Changing the protocol, DNS, and routing rules during initial setup can make it difficult to identify the cause if something goes wrong.

Next, open a website or app you use and check that it loads. If needed, reopen it to establish a fresh connection. Then visit My IP to check your browser’s exit IP. In rule mode, different sites may use different routes, so an IP check only shows the route used for that check—it can’t prove that every app uses the same route. Consider the client status, IP details, and how the service actually behaves together.

If the route list is empty, return to the subscription step and check that the link was copied in full, the plan is active, and the configuration update didn’t report an error. If routes are listed but webpages won’t load, check the connection toggle and system proxy, then try another route. If only one app has a problem, don’t keep reinstalling the whole client. The cause may be the app’s proxy settings, routing rules, or the service’s own regional requirements. See the Troubleshooting Guide for help based on the symptoms.

Once everything works, keep the configuration and update the subscription later to get route changes from the dashboard. When you switch devices, repeat the client import steps; you don’t need a separate account for each device. To report an issue, use a support ticket in the user dashboard. Include your platform, client name, selected route, the action that triggered the issue, and any error message. Hide your subscription link and sensitive account details. A clear description of where you got stuck is more helpful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.”
